Hand pump series products

1. Parts inspection: burr, size, surface damage

2. Inspection of important parts: whether the pressure gauge is leaking oil, whether the hose is resistant to high pressure, whether the O-ring is of correct size and the surface is smooth.  Whether there are scratches on the inner surface of seamless steel tube and whether the surface pattern is complete.

3. Product tension test: Using instrument to test whether the tension of push and pull of the air cylinder under a certain pressure meets the standard.

4. Product speed test: test whether the number of times required for the product pressure to reach 35MPa meets the standard

5. High pressure air tightness test: test whether the product can maintain pressure for a long time under high pressure of 35MPa.

6. Sampling inspection of finished products: sampling inspection will be carried out after the packaging is completed to ensure the hand pump quality and packaging requirements can meet the standards.

Electric compressor series products

1. Parts inspection: burr, size, surface damage

2. Inspection of important parts: whether the pressure gauge is leaking oil, whether it can be used normally, whether the hose is resistant to high pressure, whether the O-ring is of correct size and the surface is smooth. Whether the inner surface of the cylinder is smooth, whether the machine shell is complete, whether there are scratches or uneven spraying. Ensure motor function and safety is good. Whether the circuit board will be damaged under overload condition.

3. Product speed test: plug connection, test the speed, to ensure that the product performance meets the standard.

4. Air sealing test: test whether the product can maintain pressure for a long time under the high pressure of 35MPa.

5. Finishing product test: check speed, air tightness, fan, switch, noise, jitter, appearance, screws. Ensure normal operation of the machine.

6. Sampling inspection of finished products: sampling inspection shall be carried out after the packaging is completed to ensure the normal use of the machine, complete appearance, complete accessories and intact packaging.
